Welcome to InterpayFlow. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our point-of-sale (“POS”) software, hardware, and related services (“Services”). By registering with InterpayFlow or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to represent a business in Pakistan to use our Services.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
2. Our Services
- InterpayFlow provides POS software, hardware, and integrated payment solutions to businesses in Pakistan.
- We may update, modify, or discontinue certain features without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or sale of prohibited items.
- You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and tax obligations.
4. Payments and Fees
- Subscription fees, transaction fees, and hardware costs (if applicable) will be charged as per your chosen plan.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
- All software, trademarks, logos, and content related to InterpayFlow remain our exclusive property.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our software or services.
6. Data and Privacy
- We collect and process transaction and customer data to provide our Services.
- Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for securing customer consent when collecting and processing their data.
7. Limitation of Liability
- InterpayFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful activities.
- You may terminate your subscription by providing written notice, subject to applicable fees.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
10. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
